Noteworthy: Shawmut took a surgical approach to this complete lobby and facade renovation on two exterior elevations, keeping access for tenants and retailers open during construction. Additionally, Shawmut overcame complications presented during the project by the Boston Marathon, and the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots parades that went along Boylston Street right in front of the building.
