Noteworthy: Despite being on one of the busiest corners in the city, Shawmut successfully executed this dramatic full lobby and plaza renovation, with a stainless steel and glass canopy and backlit onyx walls. The inside of the building was just as busy as the outside, maintaining access for tenants and a rooftop restaurant during construction while winning an internal safety award.
