DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION
BUILDING A CULTURE OF BELONGING
We realize that fighting against systemic racism, discrimination, and inequality must be an ongoing focus. Here are some of the critical steps we’ve taken in our DEI journey:
Achieved 100% Pay Equity
Launched Sponsorship Relationships to Elevate High-Potential, Underrepresented Employees to Leadership Team
Created Mentorship Program Based on Scientific Algorithm, Eliminating Potential for Unconscious Bias in Matching Process
Built Enhanced Education and Awareness Training Programs
Launched MWBE and Enterprise Partner Diversity Initiatives
When your goal is raising the bar for what a building experience can be, you need a laser focus on creating an inclusive environment where all employees can contribute to their fullest potential. And, fostering an environment where everyone, from any background, can do their best work is not only the right thing to do, but something that is at the core of our culture. We approach driving meaningful change not as a single initiative or moment in time. We see it as a sustained effort and ethos that is woven into the fabric of our culture.
We’re committed to investing in equity across our organization—which starts at the top with dedication from the entire executive leadership team. Building a team diverse in people, ideas, and experiences allows us to provide an unparalleled experience for our clients.
