Noteworthy: This project consists of two and three story buildings encompassing 27,000 sf of commercial space that is now transformed into a new 200-seat school space. The new space has one centralized entrance, replacing the previous five storefronts of the building. There is a new staircase at the entrance connecting the first and second floors. The first floor renovation includes classroom spaces, a main office, and group offices. On the upper floors, the conference space has been renovated into classroom space.
