Noteworthy: As a design-build partnership with LLB, we worked collaboratively through unforeseen conditions including fire-damaged ceilings, structural timber framing damage, and uneven and unforeseen flooring conditions to determine immediate options and appropriate solutions to maintain the design intent, budget, and schedule for completion.
