Noteworthy: The Division of Applied Math was headquartered in two buildings, prompting their relocation. The new building includes office and meeting space for approximately 75 people. The former parking lot is now a beautifully landscaped green space.

The Applied Math building is an enabling project for a new 80,000 sf School of Engineering building, currently under construction by Shawmut. Setting the stage for both the Applied Math and Engineering projects, the University has established landscape and environmental goals for the larger site these projects are on.
