New York, NY

Duration of Project: 27 Weeks
Square footage: 7,000 sf

Noteworthy: The new space is located in Williamsburg within an existing 1960s brick building and modernized with a 20-foot tall glazed façade and glass double doors to let natural light in. The brand’s signature minimalist interior features light grey terrazzo flooring, bright, white walls, touches of wood and concrete floors, shelving made from laminated plywood with maple veneered faces, 12 fitting rooms, slatted wood wall, maple wood stools for seating, and a ceiling with skylights and a louvered design. The project required demolishing an entire floor in order to create a doubleheight space and all new structural support for the suspended mezzanine, which houses the brand’s first-ever space dedicated solely to menswear. The floors are connected with a new feature staircase with cascading metal cladding and pre-cast terrazzo. The innovative store design will create more space for shoppers and with their new fitting room system, which allows shoppers to save their spot in line through a text, it will also optimize customer flow.
