Noteworthy: The space was designed for shoppers to experience the science, technology, and engineering at the heart of the Dyson machines for themselves. To do so, Shawmut installed laminated Fenix millwork and acoustic wall panels which required 1mm to 3mm joints and tolerances throughout the entire store, 4’x4’ free-standing plinths, acrylic LED shelving, and LED track lighting as well as custom Dyson spotlights. The space also features light boxes and video walls installed throughout. The flooring consisted of 3’x3’ stone Mosa tile, hardwood, and carpet for vacuum demonstrations.
