Noteworthy: The two-level flagship, located at The Grove, features a retail sales floor, a juice and coffee bar, and a yoga studio with regular fitness programming. Similar to their store on the Third Street Promenade, this space hopes to serve as an immersive shopping experience with all the features provided for guests in-house. The space consists of white oak veneer walls, shelves, and cabinets as well as concrete panels at the cash wrap and juice bar, a 34’ x 12.5’ bi-fold door system at the yoga studio, LED lighting, stained concrete and engineered hardwood floors, a structural glass skylight, and a millwork screen wall running from the first floor to the second floor ceiling. The storefront work consisted of a high-end smooth plaster finish. The project required an extensive structural demolition and construction package.
