Noteworthy: The newly redesigned store boasts a new Le Club concept which is the first of its kind in the U.S. The store resembles a tennis court with the use of graphic lines, green concrete, natural wood, and leather. The space required the construction of a new mezzanine which was used as a back of house space, and other extensive structural work. Including the installation of a new elevator.

 

Shawmut's millwork included attention to perimeter wall units, free-standing tables, and displays. The space also featured a sliding glass door that led to the VIP area, a 16’x7’ single pane window, floor-to-ceiling pre-cast lightweight concrete panels, and 24’ high exposed curved “barrel-vault” ceiling with exposed bow trusses.
