Noteworthy: The Diagrid Club is an amenity floor at the apex of 425 Park Avenue, the first WELL-certified office building in New York City. Shawmut built out the space to include indoor and outdoor gardens across two terraces, a coffee bar, meditation room, lounge and collaboration areas, and a commercial prep kitchen to accommodate the Michelin-starred chefs.
