Noteworthy:The project encompasses 195,000 sf of life sciences core/shell space built within Parcels 22 and 25 of the former I-195 land in Providence’s Jewelry District. Point225 is anchored by Brown’s School of Professional Studies, Johnson & Johnson, and the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC). CIC is an incubator and co-working facility and has a proven track record of fostering the development of companies with an innovation focus. Located in Providence in close proximity to Shawmut’s office, this exciting project also included the renovation of One Ship Street for interim use by tenants Point225 was under development.
