Noteworthy: Fit-out of laboratory and office spaces within 101 South Street at Boynton Yards, an out-of-ground, nine-story, 289,000 square-foot building. The project comprised of approximately 60% laboratory space and 40% office space, including multiple cGMP manufacturing clean room suites and various support labs for newly founded Flagship Pioneering companies Tessera Therapeutics, Laronde, Cellarity, and Generate Biomedicines.
