Noteworthy: This project was a re-imagining of the lobby and reception areas, plus a new second-floor gym, and the addition of a model suite to attract potential tenants. Shawmut’s renovations to the interior included updates to the building’s reception area, gallery, and lobby. One of the building’s most prominent new features is an oversized custom clock by the Swedish designers Humans since 1982, the largest of its kind in the country. Fabricated in Sweden, the one-of-a-kind piece features 280 smaller clocks and sits above a 20-foot reception desk.
