Noteworthy: Constructed over two stories of an occupied building, the space features individual offices, communal areas, a flexible event space, an open café, and numerous conference rooms. Occasionally working during off-hours in order to avoid disrupting neighbors in the operational building, the team constructed a custom oak and steel staircase that connected the first level communal spaces and the second level offices and conference rooms. Seismic bracing was also installed. The fast track project was completed on time.
