Noteworthy: Due to the limited lay-down areas, Shawmut sequenced the steel installation from the ground up in order to take advantage of the concrete decks on each level as they built upward. This process required temporary interior shoring to replace select wood trusses with steel beams, and additional shoring to retain existing exterior fieldstone walls.
