Noteworthy: Design/build complete renovation of 204,275 sf historic (1925) dormitory located at the corner of Bay State Road and Beacon Street in Boston’s Kenmore Square. The main building (9-story structure plus basement) and 4-story annex were divided into three distinct construction zones. While one zone was isolated for renovation, the other two were fully occupied by students during the academic year.
