Noteworthy: The Lower School & Learning Center comprises a new, 44,800 sf, a three-story building which required the complete take-down/demolition of a 20,000 sf existing portion of the main school building and minor renovation to existing spaces. The first of this two-phase project was an enabling phase to relocate existing utilities within the completely removed building to an underground utility system through adjacent buildings. The second phase, a complete ground-up building houses K-5 classrooms, science rooms, woodworking shop, library, faculty offices, and acts as the central location for the campus by tying into four of the existing buildings.
