NEW YORK, NY - Shawmut, in partnership with GID Development Group and Eight Inc., built the Waterline Square Sales Center at 50 Riverside Boulevard in New York, NY. The Sales Center was created for potential buyers to tour a replica of future units in one of three new buildings. The Shawmut team created a 9,800-square-foot space that includes a lobby water feature and a 2,000-square-foot gallery with 10-foot by 25-foot TV screens and a 25-foot by 35-foot green wall. The space includes an amenity room, conference room, film room, and office space for potential buyers to discuss purchasing options. A world-renowned team of Yabu Pushelberg, Grove & Co., and Champalimaud Design are designing three unit choices that exude luxury—sparing no expense. Rockwell Group, a long-time partner of Shawmut, is designing the amenity center, which will function as a hub connecting all three towers.
The Shawmut team worked to construct the replicas down to the smallest detail. For example, the living rooms include curtain wall systems with integrated lighting controlled by state-of-the-art systems, while the open kitchen concepts feature the finest materials for a comfortable, yet chic home. Within the master bathrooms, the team installed feature book-matched marble slabs, recessed mirrored cabinetry, black and white natural stone accents, and custom stone vanities—all constructed to the exact specifications of what will be available to future buyers. With details like these, it’s a sure sign that great things are coming from Waterline Square.
