Shawmut held its sixth annual Los Angeles client and partner event to celebrate the firm’s record revenue year and new leadership team. The industry event featured over 200 guests across the retail, hospitality, luxury homes, developer, and design communities. Attendees enjoyed an evening of entertainment at the Shawmut-built The Hoxton in Downtown LA and its new rooftop attraction—Pilot Restaurant.

The event comes just after Shawmut announced a record $1.5 billion in revenue for 2019, with nearly $300M in the Los Angeles region specifically. The firm has seen immense success in the region with increased revenue by 260% and office staff by 338% over the last five years. Shawmut attributes the growth to the launch of the Luxury Homes and Hotels division in the region. Longtime executive Greg Skalaski is heading up Shawmut West and put a new leadership team in place to double down on world-class client service as the firm positions for heightened growth. The firm’s region is projecting to build on its success with the launch of a new Education division.

Executives from Apple, Los Angeles Dodgers, Soho House & Co., and Rockwell Group were in attendance and joined Shawmut at the annual celebration.
