BOSTON, MA – Shawmut’s Boston office was named the #8 Best Place to Work at this year’s Boston Business Journal awards gala at Symphony Hall. This honor marks the ninth time Shawmut’s been named a Best Place to Work by Boston Business Journal and 40^th nationally.

Recognized as the top builder of complex projects in the region, Shawmut partners with the most prestigious names in Boston, including Harvard, MIT, Boston College, Boston University, TD Garden, and Fenway Park. Shawmut is also an active member of the community, highlighted by its annual participation in the Pan-Mass Challenge—where Team Shawmut has raised $752,638 and counting for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
