As CEO, Les Hiscoe drives the continued growth and success of the company by creating the most differentiated customer experience in the industry, working with executive leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional levels of client service, developing teams of remarkably talented people, and implementing the latest technologies across every aspect of the business.

Before being named CEO, Mr. Hiscoe was president and COO. He was a driving force in elevating the company to a national level and was instrumental in the establishment and growth of Shawmut’s New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and West Palm Beach offices. He has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, working his way up from the field where he began as a superintendent and project manager.

Mr. Hiscoe was named a 2022 Notable Leader in Real Estate by Crain’s New York, a 2021 DEI Visionary by the Los Angeles Times, a 2021 BuiltWorlds Maverick award winner, and a University of New Hampshire 2019 Alumni Hall of Fame member. He is a member of the Corporation for the Perkins School for the Blind and a Roger Williams University Trustee.
